I wanted to thank you folks for helping with (and Musogato for executing) the archive on "Child of the Moon," it makes me VERY happy! ^.^

Anyways, two days until Season Two begins! I looked out my window and saw a cherry tree in bloom, and decided to draw a tribute to Zuko.

Zuko as a child, long before any turmoil has occurred (in his life). The very picture of innocence, yes?

Answering Questions and Thanking You All:

The picture is titled "Sakura." because little-pre-pubescent Zuko is sitting beneath a Sakura tree: a cherry-blossom tree.

He's also watching the sakura flower petals as they flutter over him, in the same wind that is unraveling his carefully-tailored ponytail.

And, no, I do not live in Japan (although I'd LOVE to, very, VERY much), but there are oodles of cherry trees where I live, of all kinds... And most of them are blossoming right now, and they are so beautiful... They just instill happiness.

Thank all of you for your compliments! *blushes* I worked VERY hard on this picture, and I'm extremely proud of it... The details were IMMENSE.
